Santa Clara Real Estate
Our city is located at the bottom of the SF Bay, some 40 miles south of the Golden Gate Bridge, in the center of a high-tech corridor internationally known as "Silicon Valley”. Originally a bedroom community, it was the first to expand as a hi-tech friendly city. Many well known hi-tech companies got a start here.
The area is served by Mineta San Jose International Airport. CalTrain passes through here from Gilroy serving Penninsula and Silicon Valley commuters; as well as Amtrak from Sacramento; ACE commuter service from Stockton; and Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) locally with bus and light rail service.
We have a 262,000 square foot state-of-the-art meeting, trade, and convention complex which is one of the most modern, well-equipped facilities in the state. It is the only complete resort-style convention center in the Bay Area, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course and complete tennis facility.
One of the first theme parks in the bay area, Paramount's Great America is located in our city. It has the most rides in Northern California. That includes the most kids' rides, the most coasters, and the most water rides.
We have a university which is the oldest college in California, and the only college in the state to be the successor of a Spanish mission. The history of both institutions is intimately bound up with the history of the state. The University, founded in 1851, was born amid the tumultuous growth of the Gold Rush era. The mission, dating back to 1777, was the first outpost of Spanish civilization in the valley. Today the university serves as one of the most important places in the United States for the study of law.
Of interest to many is that the city has its own electric utility system. This results in lower rates and often more reliable service.

Listing agents have written contracts with sellers promising to get the highest possible price for homes. Why on earth would someone call listing agents for information about homes?

Are you looking for a house or condo, land, or any other residential property on the market for sale?

Our company does not market homes for sellers.

We provide full agency representation for buyers with no conflict of interest! Multiple listings are only a portion of the homes you will see. Learn about the rest of the available properties not on MLS, such as bank owned, foreclosures, and for sale by owner. Learn how to avoid pitfalls when buying a home. When teaming up with one of our professionals, service will exceed your expectations. You'll enjoy many home purchasing tips, local information, recreation, loans, current market conditions, search all cities of interest to you, learn how to get good deals, and find the best and avoid the worst neighborhoods.

We give you complete loyalty and maintain the utmost confidentiality. We make sure the property you select is thoroughly inspected. We know you want no surprises after the sale. We discuss investment aspects, including what can be done to improve value for future resale. We also express reasons not to purchase, and we warn you away from bad deals.
