Proposition 90

 The purchaser or spouse must be 55 years of age AND...

 The replacement home must be equal or less than the value of the home sold, AND...

 The replacement home must be either in the same county or another participating county.

Kern
Los Angeles
Marin
Modoc
Monterey
Orange
San Diego
San Mateo
Santa Clara
Ventura
